Mahallati Jewellery will provide the customer with tracking details for the delivery of their Online Order after it has been dispatched. The company insures each Online Order purchase while it is in transit until it is delivered to the customer's specified shipping address. A signature is required to complete the delivery, at which point responsibility for the goods passes to the customer. If the customer specifies a recipient other than themselves for delivery, they accept that evidence of a signature by that person is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Mahallati Jewellery, as well as the transfer of responsibility. The company aims to deliver Online Orders within 3-5 working days, and will dispatch orders in a timely manner. However, delivery times are only estimates and Mahallati Jewellery bears no responsibility or liability for any delays.
If an Online Order is cancelled, there may be a fee depending on the circumstances. If the customer cancels the order before it is dispatched for a "change of mind," Mahallati Jewellery may charge a cancellation fee of up to 7.5% of the transaction value. If the customer cancels the order after it has been dispatched, the company may charge a restocking fee of up to 12.5% of the transaction value. If the Financial Institution cancels the transaction, Mahallati Jewellery may charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the transaction value. In the event that Mahallati Jewellery cancels the transaction, the customer will receive a full refund upon the return of the goods. In the event of any cancellation, the company reserves the right to charge the respective cancellation fee and recover the goods.
Mahallati Jewellery will only exchange products for Online Orders if the request is made prior to dispatch or within 7 days of the products being delivered, provided that the products are in the same condition as when they were dispatched. If the customer wishes to exchange the goods for a different product, there may be a fee depending on the circumstances. Mahallati Jewellery does not exchange earrings or body pierced jewellery due to health and hygiene reasons, unless the product does not comply with the Consumer Protection Act. The company also does not exchange altered or custom-made jewellery. Additionally, products sold as "Sale" or "Clearance" stock cannot be exchanged, unless they do not comply with the Consumer Protection Act.
Mahallati Jewellery offers refunds for Online Orders if the customer changes their mind, subject to any applicable cancellation fees. If a product is determined to be faulty or defective, Mahallati Jewellery will arrange for a relevant expert to determine the issue upon the return of the product. If the product is determined to be faulty or defective, Mahallati Jewellery will either replace it or have it restored. If the product is not determined to be faulty or defective, the customer can either accept it back or apply for a cancellation. However, due to health and hygiene reasons, Mahallati Jewellery does not provide refunds for earrings or body pierced jewellery unless the product does not comply with the Consumer Protection Act. Additionally, the company does not refund products sold as "Sale" or "Clearance" stock unless they do not comply with the Consumer Protection Act. If a refund is agreed upon, Mahallati Jewellery reserves the right to refund the amount minus any commission already paid to the financial institution managing the transaction.
